Entry #3: My Refreshing Experience of a Cool Treat

          I love small thing in life that can be so refreshing even if it is just for a little bit. It still gives you that sense of enjoyment and overall, you feel refreshed. Sometimes in life we also need that just like sometimes in life we need a refreshed mouth after a meal or a piece of gum when you need to focus on something you are doing.      My experience of eating this refreshing treat was nice to really look into and actually answer some of these questions and explain. When I opened the packaging, the lid popped while they rattled in the container. I could already smell that refreshing smell which feels like it is clearing my sinuses. It has a smooth feeling while in my hand and I feel a promising freshness that will come from this cool treat. This cool treat is a nice round but not flat circle with specks of green and blue. Entry #2 Conflicting with Self Generated thinking

      This blog entry was titled self-generated thinking. The purpose of this blog was to pick any topic I wanted and to write about it professionally. The instruction of picking any topic I wanted was honestly kind of hard for me to do considering all of the topics you could pick from which is a lot. When I first read the instructions for this assignment, I told my mom to give me a topic and any topic. She came up with three different topics so fast and she said, "What is the purpose of nose hairs? Why are eyes oval shaped, and why do people pull out their eyebrows and eyelashes?" I wasn't too sure why she said that last one, but she did. In the end of all of that I knew I could research these topics and learn about them, but I also just felt no motivation of thinking and felt like I didn't have creative juices flowing.       I have quite a bit of hobbies, but the one that I love most to do in my free time is going to the gym to work out. I love working out for various reasons. The main reasons I like to work out is because it is a stress relief, its enjoyable, and it always directs my mood in a better way. In this entry I will explain some of the science and benefits behind working out to explain the reason why working out can have so many benefits and impacts for certain people.     First, I will explain why working out can feel as a stress relief and a mood enhancer for people including me.
